Grantee Reporting - Women for Women Fund
Organizations receiving grants from the Perry County Women for Women Fund are required to submit both a six-month progress report and a final report at project completion. However, if an organization's project is complete by the six-month report deadline, the Grantee Final Report should be submitted in lieu of the Grantee Six-month Report.
Responsible reporting is a requirement of receiving a grant. Failure to submit a report in a timely manner may affect an organization's eligibility to be considered for future grants. It is the responsibility of the grantee organization to assure that all information typed into the grant reports is accurate and complete. Reporting deadlines are indicated in the grant agreement.
