Circle of 100

The Circle of 100, a giving circle of women, was created by the Perry County Women for Women Advisory Committee in June of 2008 in order to make a greater impact on issues facing the community's women and girls.

By joining the Circle of 100, you will be able to give a voice to your ideas that you think would benefit women and girls in our community. Circle of 100 members will give a contribution to build the Women for Women fund, an endowment that will never be spent but will grow to become a powerful, permanent grantmaking instrument over time. Each member will contribute $100 of which $25 will be added to the endowed fund and the other $75 will be for a 2010 grant.

When our circle reaches 100 members, we will have not only increased the endowment by $2,500 but we also will be able to award a grant for $7,500 right away!

As a Circle of 100 member, you will be invited to share your ideas about how we can address issues facing our community's women and girls, and vote on which issue will be addressed with this year's Circle of 100 grant.

To join the 2009-2010 Circle of 100, send your tax deductible gift of $100 to the Perry County Women for Women, PO Box 13, Tell City, IN 47586. Please write Circle of 100 on the memo line.
